Software as a Service (SaaS stands for English: Software as a Service) is a software distribution model where DreamSys SRL provides customers with access to the network (usually Internet), so that the free hosting, maintenance of applications, managing, operating and technical support. Distributed applications in SaaS mode can reach any kind of company no matter its size or geographic location. This is a model that links the product (software) to the service, to provide companies a complete solution for optimizing their costs and their resources.

The main characteristics of SaaS software are:

• Access network-based, both for management to use.
• The applications are centralized, rather than at each customer site, enabling customers to always have access to the latest versions of applications remotely via the Web.
• Development of changes to the applications developed by the company.
• Lower costs of deployment, both in facilities and configurations.
• Centralized and simple update, just published the latest version of the application that all users can start using it.
